Solar Installer
Roof attachments, racking, panel set, AC tie-in. We train good attitudes — apply with or without solar experience.
Licensed Electrician
TX-licensed journeyman or master. AC tie-in, MPU work, interconnection.
Service Technician
Diagnostics, repair, monitoring takeover. Field-based, dispatch model.
Permit + Project Coordinator
AHJ submittals, inspections, PTO chase. Office-based with crew coordination.
Helper / Apprentice
Learn the trade. Earn while you learn. Path to installer in 6-12 months.
