These Terms govern your use of sunkaizen.com (the "Site") operated by Kaizen LLC ("Kaizen", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — including requesting a quote, applying for partnerships, learning about solar, or contacting us. You may not use the Site to scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or violate applicable laws.
Quote estimates and proposals
Any solar system design, production estimate, savings projection, or pricing displayed on this Site or in proposals delivered to you is an estimate based on your address, bill, and modeling. Actual production and savings depend on your specific installation, weather patterns, utility rates, and system performance. Estimates are not guarantees of outcome unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.
Service contracts and warranties
Specific warranties (workmanship, parts, manufacturer, production) and service obligations are governed by the contract you sign at proposal acceptance — not by anything stated on this Site. The terms in your signed contract supersede any general statements made on the Site.
Forms and applications
Submitting a quote, partner application, or rep application does not constitute an offer or acceptance of services on either side. Engagement is initiated only after a signed proposal or partnership agreement. We may decline any quote, application, or partnership at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its content, design, code, logos, and brand assets, is owned by Kaizen LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute Site content without written permission, except for personal reference.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizen and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the Site is limited to $100 unless a higher amount is required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kaizen harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
